A visit at a different pace
Arboretum Lussich brings together nature, walking trails and cultural activities. Maldonado’s official information covers the grounds, museums and changing programme. Activities can vary throughout the year.
Choose an outing that suits your group: a gentle walk, time for photographs or a scheduled activity can each shape a different visit. There is no need to do everything in a single day.
What to check before you go
Consult official Arboretum information for current opening hours, activities and visit conditions. Details from a previous season do not guarantee that an activity will be available on your date.
Wear suitable shoes, take water and check the weather. If travelling with children, a pet or someone with specific access needs, ask the venue directly about the relevant arrangements.
Combine an outing with time to rest
Set aside part of the day for your visit and keep the rest for your cabin stay. A single outing followed by a relaxed meal or an afternoon at the property leaves room to enjoy being away.
You can also ask Rincón del Diario about yoga, meditation or forest bathing. These are additional experiences coordinated with providers, subject to availability and possible extra charges. An Arboretum visit is arranged separately.
A cabin base in Maldonado
Rincón del Diario has five equipped cabins of 25, 27 and 50 m². Choose a detached tiny house, one-bedroom cabin or studio according to your group and preferred layout.
When enquiring, tell us your dates and the outings that interest you. We can help you choose a cabin; for the Arboretum programme and services, always check its official information.
